Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of IFRS and related standards.
• Experience with internal controls and financial processes.
• Experience from Senior Financial Controller or Big4 audit background.
• Ability to take ownership of complex financial matters.
• Interest in AI and automation in finance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct IFRS-based internal and external reporting, including quarterly and annual reports.
• Prepare local statutory accounts in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act (ÅRL).
• Further develop NTG’s controlling framework and financial processes.
• Coordinate and maintain dialogue with external auditors.
• Implement new IFRS standards and interpretations.
• Maintain and develop the financial accounting manual.
• Prepare opening balances in connection with acquisitions.
• Strengthen and improve existing internal controls.
