Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle in Denmark is looking for a Logistics, Warehousing & Co-packing Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our logistics network. You will work closely with warehouses, carriers and co-packers and coordinate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Quality and Commercial teams to guarantee product availability and on-time delivery.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, experience in FMCG logistics, proficiency in SAP/Oracle,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related qualification in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing or a related coordination role in FMCG.
• Knowledge of logistics flows, warehouse operations and co-packing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with external partners.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, and WMS/TMS platforms.
• Excel skills and basic reporting tools.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on and proactive.
• Team-oriented and solution-focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, warehouses, co-packers and other third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and stock reconciliations.
• Plan and coordinate co-packing activities.
• Facilitate the operational execution of approved NPD and co-packing projects.
• Resolve delivery failures, damages, warehouse discrepancies and other operational issues.
• Monitor KPI and service level performance.
• Track 3PL and co-packing costs and support supplier reviews.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Quality and Commercial teams.
• Identify and drive improvements in logistics, warehousing and co-packing processes.
