Job summary

GlobalConnect is seeking a Claims & Operations Specialist in Copenhagen to own an important operational process from start to finish and gradually broaden the role within Service Assurance. You will handle Danish network damage claims end-to-end, coordinate with the Nordic partner, and contribute to reporting, administration and workflow improvements as the role develops.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of coordination/administration or similar operational experience.
• Bachelor level education or equivalent.
• Fluent professional Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own Danish network damage claims from start to finish with documentation and cost clarification.
• Represent GlobalConnect in Nordic claims coordination with a partner.
• Contribute to wider Service Assurance activities including reporting, administration and process improvements.
