Job summary

CM.com is hiring an Associate Account Executive to drive growth in the Nordic region from Copenhagen. This junior role is part of a small, fast-moving regional team within a global tech company, with ownership and opportunities to shape how we grow in the region.

You will own outbound outreach, qualify leads, present demos, and support pre-sales for our Omnichannel Messaging Platform, Marketing & Service Cloud, and HALO AI. English fluency and a Nordic language are required.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience in SaaS or IT services.
• Track record selling to mid to large enterprises.
• Fluency in English and a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian).
• Willingness to work in Copenhagen and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in the Nordic region with an outbound-focused approach.
• Generate pipeline, deliver compelling demos, and provide pre-sales support.
• Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across Nordic markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to accelerate deals.
• Utilize tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn to optimize outreach.
