Job summary

Globalconnect is seeking a Performance Management, Lean & Continuous Improvement Lead to shape how operational performance is driven across our Nordic organisation. You will standardise PM/Lean practices across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway and partner with local teams to sustain improvements.

You will collaborate with finance, HR, IT and data teams, build robust dashboards, and coach leaders to embed new ways of working. Fluency in English is essential; a Scandinavian language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within Performance Management and Lean.
• Experience implementing Performance Management and Lean across countries, functions, and organisational units.
• Practical experience from operational or production environment.
• Track record of turning insights and data into concrete improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a common Nordic PM/Lean system with KPIs, dashboards, and planning.
• Build a Nordic CI pipeline and drive root-cause analyses and cross-functional improvements.
• Train and coach leaders in PM, Lean, and practical problem-solving.
• Track improvements with stakeholders and identify automation opportunities.
