Job summary

Volaris Nordic is seeking an M&A Associate to join the M&A & Operations team in Aarhus. You will support the full acquisition process from data analysis and modeling the initial offer through LOI, due diligence, signing, and closing.

In a fast-paced environment, you will work with experienced professionals across finance, legal, HR, IT, and commercial streams, helping build templates and financial models that accelerate smart decision-making.

Qualifications

• Ability to read financials and build models.
• Highly organized and process-oriented with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Danish is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the full acquisition process from data analysis to IO/LOI/Due Diligence, signing and closing.
• Support the due diligence across finance, legal, HR, IT, and commercial workstreams.
• Assist in preparing key transaction documents and materials
• Maintain deal discipline and pace - multiple processes simultaneously.
