Job summary

EY-Parthenon Corporate Finance in Copenhagen is seeking an Associate to support M&A processes, valuations and client communications from day one. You will work with business owners, private equity and corporates, combining rigorous analysis with client interaction.

You will receive coaching, exposure to market-leading deals, and opportunities to advance within EY-Parthenon’s Nordic teams while building a strong foundation in investment banking practices.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a collaborative approach.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

• Graduating in 2027 or recently completed a relevant master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Support market analysis, strategic assessments and financial analysis for client opportunities.
• Identify potential buyers, engage with local and international investors, and participate in dialogues.
• Assist in valuation work including trading multiples, DCF and LBO analyses.
• Prepare presentations, information memoranda and other client materials.
• Participate in client meetings and transaction execution.
• Lead Analysts on pitches and live projects with guidance.
