Job summary

Volaris Nordic in Aarhus, Denmark, seeks an M&A Associate to join the M&A & Operations team. You will support the full acquisition process from data analysis and initial offer through due diligence, signing, and closing, helping build the infrastructure that makes us a fast, efficient acquirer in the Nordic region.

We value the ability to manage complexity, own end-to-end processes, and collaborate with a small, high-performance team. English required; Danish helpful.

Qualifications

• You can read financial statements and build financial models.
• Highly organized and process-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support the full acquisition process from data analysis, modeling the IO through LOI, Due Diligence, to signing and closing.
• Assist in due diligence across finance, legal, HR, IT, and commercial workstreams.
• Prepare key transaction documents and materials and maintain deal discipline to support multiple closings per year.
