Ernst & Young in Denmark seeks an Associate in Corporate Finance to support M&A transactions from day one across Copenhagen and Aarhus. You will combine rigorous financial analysis with client-facing work, contributing to valuation, materials, and deal execution within EY-Parthenon Corporate Finance.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently completed a relevant master's degree with strong academic results.
• Genuine interest in M&A, investments and corporate finance.
• Structured, analytical and able to navigate complex business situations.

Responsibilities

• Support market analysis, strategic assessments and financial analysis for clients.
• Identify potential buyers and participate in dialogues with investors.
• Assist in valuation work including trading multiples, DCF and LBO analyses.
• Prepare presentations and information memoranda for client materials.
• Join client meetings and assist transaction execution.
• Work with Analysts on pitches and live projects.
