Job summary

EY-Parthenon Corporate Finance in Denmark is seeking an Associate to support M&A processes from day one, assisting owners, private equity firms and corporates on valuation, marketing materials, buyer outreach, negotiations and execution.

You will work with a team of Analysts, receive coaching and a buddy, and be exposed to market analyses, financial modeling (DCF, LBO), presentations and live transactions across the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently completed a relevant master's degree with strong academic results.
• Genuine interest in M&A, investments and corporate finance.
• Structured, analytical and able to navigate complex business situations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the positioning of our clients through market analysis and financial analysis.
• Identify and engage with potential buyers by assessing M&A rationales and dialogues with investors.
• Assist in performing valuation work, including trading multiples, DCF and LBO analyses.
• Prepare presentations, information memoranda and other client materials.
• Participate in client meetings and transaction execution.
• Lead and mentor Analysts on pitches and live projects.
