Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an experienced HSEQ Specialist to join the Nordic HSEQ team. You will partner with leaders and operations to embed health, safety, environment and quality into daily work across four Nordic countries.

The role offers hybrid work from Søborg, Denmark or Lund, Sweden, with travel about 40–50 days per year. You will drive risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and local

Qualifications

• Experience in operational HSEQ implementation with ISO 45001 focus.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Embed HSEQ into daily Nordic operations.
• Support implementation of HSEQ policies and continuous improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure hazards are mitigated.
