Job summary

A high-tech defense company located in Nordjylland, Denmark is seeking a QHSE Director to shape quality and health & safety strategies. The successful candidate will oversee compliance with international standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001, leading cross-functional teams in a growing company. A relevant degree and over 10 years of leadership experience in quality management within regulated industries are essential. The role requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel approximately 20-30 days per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in global Quality/QHSE leadership within regulated industries.
• Demonstrated results in defect reduction and execution stability.
• Hands-on experience with MRB, concessions, PPAP and supplier audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop QHSE strategy and policy.
• Oversee Quality Governance & Risk Management.
• Ensure compliance with QMS standards.
