Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Danmark invites applications for an HR Student Assistant Nordics role. You will join a team of five professionals supporting around 240 employees across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway and handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and HR system tasks in SAP SuccessFactors.

You will work around 15 hours per week, aligned with your study schedule, and be based in Copenhagen near Islands Brygge in a central location.

Qualifications

• Ideally in final year of Bachelor's or first year of Master's degree.
• Structured and systematic approach to work, comfortable navigating complexity.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and in at least one Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for all Student Assistant positions.
• Co-responsible for daily HR administration including onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts and other documents.
• Maintain employee records in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Prepare materials for monthly townhall meetings.
• Update HR policies, documents, and intranet content.
• Contribute to HR and work environment projects.
