Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years in CSA/MEP engineering or related fields.
• Experience with infrastructure or construction projects, preferably data centers.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CSA/MEP or related engineering discipline.
• Understanding of data center equipment and critical infrastructure.
• Familiar with building management systems and CSA/MEP engineering.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in design projects.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the Nordics.

Aufgaben

• Lead and implement standard design and infrastructure solutions across Nordic sites.
• Act as the technical and commercial expert throughout project lifecycles.
• Oversee and manage all design phases and support construction, ensuring gating, cost, sustainability, and HSE alignment.
• Coordinate external A&E consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver cost-optimized solutions.
• Assist site selection by evaluating brownfield/greenfield opportunities and master planning.
• Review Capex budgets and assess technical risk in expansion, retrofits, or new builds.
• Support technical incident investigations and drive continuous design improvements.
• Ensure sustainability opportunities are prioritized and environmental impact is minimized.
