atNorth is a leading Nordic data center company delivering scalable high-density colocation across the Nordics. As a Quantity Surveyor at atNorth, you will lead cost estimation, manage cost control, and provide commercial insights across data center developments.

You will develop standardized cost models, support procurement and tendering, and collaborate with design and construction teams to improve cost predictability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of quantity surveying, cost management or cost estimation experience.
• Fluency in English; Nordic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimation and quantity surveying across the development lifecycle.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, pricing structures and cost benchmarking analyses.
• Monitor and manage cost control, change impact and commercial risk across projects.
• Provide commercial insights to support negotiations and procurement decisions.
