As a Quantity Surveyor, you will provide reliable cost estimates, benchmarking, and commercial analysis to support budget and delivery of data center developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related.
• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or cost estimation in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data center projects.
• Strong experience developing cost estimates across multiple project and design stages, including procurement and tendering.
• Solid understanding of EPC and General Contractor delivery models, BoQ preparation, cost analysis, change management, and commercial controls.
• Experience across multiple projects, stakeholders, and geographies in a fast-paced development environment.
• Fluency in English is required; Nordic languages are advantageous.
• Experience from data centers or other mission-critical environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimation and quantity surveying activities across the development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain standardized cost models, benchmarking tools, and estimating methodologies.
• Produce and refine project cost plans, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Evaluate customer-driven changes and provide cost impact assessments.
• Support procurement and tendering through BoQs, pricing structures, benchmarking analyses, and cost evaluations.
• Validate contractor estimates and ensure alignment with design intent and commercial objectives.
• Monitor cost performance and manage change requests to ensure governance compliance.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of cost estimation methodologies.
