Job summary

Medison Pharma Ltd. is seeking a Nordics Market Access Manager to drive and execute integrated access strategies across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland. You will shape payer value propositions and lead HTA negotiations to enable patient access.

Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Global teams to align launch plans, pricing, and lifecycle management while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of payer and government environment.
• Minimum 5 years in corporate affairs/market access in biopharma.
• Minimum 5 years direct payer or product commercialization experience.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and leadership in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Nordic market access strategies across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland.
• Lead reimbursement, pricing, and HTA strategies for inline and pipeline products.
• Initiate, lead, and support pricing negotiations with national and regional authorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated access plans and lifecycle planning.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and governance for all market access activities.
