Job summary

Sensormatic Solutions, part of Johnson Controls, is seeking a Territory Account Manager to grow the Nordic and Baltic markets by building a strong partner network and engaging retailers with tailored Sensormatic solutions.

You will own the sales cycle, collaborate across teams, and travel internationally to cover the assigned territory. A strong background in retail account management and CRM proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in account management or business development within retail.
• Experience managing geographically diverse territories (Nordic & Baltic).
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a robust channel partner network across Nordic and Baltic territories, driving growth and market expansion.
• Recruit, onboard, and support partners to succeed with Sensormatic solutions.
• Engage retailers to understand needs and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the full sales cycle, aligning offerings with customer and partner expectations.
