Qualifications

• PhD degree in a field related to organic semiconductors, thin films or organic photovoltaics.
• Proven publications in synthesis of organic molecules and thin films.
• Ability to attract external research funding.
• Excellent collaboration and communication in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SDU CAPE team and drive new research directions on nanoscale morphology of organic thin films.
• Develop organic thin films for sustainable energy devices.
• Teach courses at SDU and supervise BSc, MSc and PhD students.
• Contribute to obtaining research funding and international collaborations.
• Engage in dissemination and outreach within the center and with partners.
