Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to perform and support technical operations at the Holme site in Aarhus, Denmark. The role includes preventive maintenance, repairs, and serving as the on-site QHSE Champion, owning safety and quality compliance.

You will work with a small team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure operations run safely, efficiently, and to high standards daily.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education or trade certificate (electrician, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical) with 2–3 years of job-related experience.
• Certifications or licenses required by Danish legislation must be held or obtainable.
• Interest or experience in QHSE with willingness to develop on site.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Carry out and review work orders across multiple technical disciplines.
• Consult with the client to schedule preventive maintenance and downtime.
• Support preventive maintenance programmes to meet or exceed equipment life.
• Inspect work performed by colleagues and confirm proper completion and safety.
