Job summary

Fives Intralogistics in Copenhagen is seeking an External Center Engineer – Field Technician to join our maintenance team. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance on automated intralogistics systems in a dynamic production environment.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, report activities into the CMMS, and support the control room and colleagues to maintain system performance. English is required; Danish is welcomed. Shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or automated systems.
• Technical background in maintenance and/or installation of automation systems.
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Danish language skills are welcome and considered an advantage.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work on shifts (morning, afternoon and night shifts).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on automated systems
• Monitor system performance during production and intervene when necessary to reduce downtime
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Support the correct reporting of maintenance activities and data entry into CMMS systems
• Cooperate with the maintenance team to ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the work area
• Support and coordinate operational activities during production phases
• Cooperates with the control room and in any case with the whole team, for the removal of objects that may interfere with system performance and affect its efficiency
• Assist in training and supporting junior technicians when required
