Job summary

United Talent Acquisition seeks Nordic-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderators to join an international team in Malta. The role combines 70% customer support and 30% content moderation, interacting via email and chat to keep platforms safe and compliant.

The position is on-site in Malta with rotational shifts, full-time indefinite contract, and language requirements of Nordic languages (C1+) alongside English (B2). Training is provided, with relocation and travel perks as listed.

Qualifications

• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
• No prior experience required; full training provided
• Clean criminal record or 2 employer references (mandatory upon arrival)

In this hybrid role (70% customer support, 30% content moderation), you'll interact via email and chat only, helping users and ensuring that platforms remain safe and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Review and moderate online content (images, text, profiles)
• Apply platform guidelines and local regulations
• Escalate violations and identify workflow improvements
• Meet performance KPIs and contribute to team goals
• Participate in regular training and adapt to various projects and markets

What Were Looking For:

Salary & Benefits:

• 1625 to 1990 euros/monthly
• Quarterly government bonus (~130)
• Performance-based bonus up to 200 twice a year
