Job summary

Nordic Speakers is seeking Nordic-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderators to join our international team in Malta (relocation included). This on-site role combines 70% customer support via email and chat and 30% content moderation, with rotational shifts.

No prior experience is required; full training is provided. You will review content, apply platform guidelines and local regulations, meet KPIs, and participate in regular training.

• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
