Job summary

United Talent Acquisition is seeking Nordic-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderators to join an international team in Malta. The role blends customer support (70%) with content moderation (30%), interacting via email and chat to maintain safe, compliant platforms.

Applicants should have Nordic language skills (C1+) and English (B2), and be ready for shift work including evenings and weekends. No prior experience required; full training provided.

• Clean criminal record or two employer references on arrival.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
• Review and moderate online content (images, text, profiles).
• Apply platform guidelines and local regulations.
• Escalate violations and identify workflow improvements.
• Meet performance KPIs and contribute to team goals.
• Participate in regular training and adapt to various projects and markets.
