Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, is seeking a Model Planner for a one-year fixed-term position. You will balance workload, capacity, and delivery deadlines within the Model Planning & Build team to support portfolio development, novelty projects, campaigns, and toy fairs.

You will help create agile plans, develop sprint structures, and improve planning processes while collaborating across locations. This role emphasizes visibility, collaboration, and practical action aligned with business

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating detailed plans, deadlines, and priorities across collaborative teams.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Power BI to create meaningful insights.
• Knowledge of agile planning approaches and a continuous process improvement mindset.
• Enjoy working closely with colleagues and turning feedback into practical action.

Responsibilities

• Create agile plans that balance workload, capacity, timelines, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with Resource Planning, PMD Planning, and Model Builders to align priorities.
• Develop clear sprint structures that help colleagues navigate changing demands confidently.
• Shape improved planning processes that increase visibility and support sustainable workloads.
• Support new delivery integrations while maintaining quality and on-time execution.
