Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager for a 12-month cover role based at our LEGO Campus in Billund. You will ensure marketing planning data is accurate, connected and reliable across internal platforms and external agency systems.

You will improve data governance, resolve integration challenges and partner with Product, Digital Technology and Media Operations to translate business needs into operational improvements, enabling evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Implemented data governance standards and data quality controls across planning, reporting or operational systems, ensuring consistent and reliable data for business stakeholders.
• Managed end-to-end data processing, validation and reporting activities supporting business planning, performance reporting and investment decision-making.
• Built, maintained and improved data integrations between enterprise platforms, planning systems and external partner technologies, resolving data flow and system connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Digital Technology and Media Operations to ensure data is trusted and accessible.
• Strengthen governance, documentation and processes for marketing planning data flows.
