Job summary

Terma Group seeks a Software Engineer to design, build, and improve mission software for airborne self-protection systems. You will develop C#-based software, participate in full lifecycle activities, and work with systems engineers, architects, and testers in an agile environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, traceability, and long-term evolution, with opportunities to broaden skills across DevOps, APIs, UX, testing, and design practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or another relevant technical field.
• Experience with C# and the .NET application platform.
• Willingness to broaden your skill set across DevOps, APIs, UX, testing, performance, and design practices.
• Experience working on complex systems or an interest in growing into that space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mission software with long service-lives, supporting configuration, analysis, and verification of airborne self-protection systems.
• Collaborate closely with Systems Engineers, architects, testers, and domain specialists in an agile, iterative environment.
• Contribute to technical quality, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
• Take ownership appropriate to your experience, from understanding domain needs to seeing solutions deployed.
