Job summary

Terma A/S in Lystrup, Denmark, is seeking a mid- to senior-level embedded software engineer to develop mission-critical software for airborne self-protection systems. You will own the software lifecycle from requirements and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and long-term improvements.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high safety and quality standards, while applying modern C++, real-time principles, and hands-on hardware familiarity.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with modern C++ for embedded systems.
• Familiarity with code reviews, Git workflows and automated testing.
• Comfort working close to hardware and handling resource constraints.
• Relevant technical degree or hands-on equivalent experience.
