Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve mission software for airborne self-protection systems. You will work across the full software lifecycle from design to testing and deployment, with a focus on reliability and traceability.

You will collaborate with systems engineers and domain experts in an agile environment, continually improving technical quality while broadening skills across DevOps, APIs, UX, testing, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Experience with C# and the .NET application platform.
• Willingness to broaden skills across DevOps, APIs, UX, testing, performance and design practices.
• Experience working on complex systems or interest in growing into that space.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve mission software with long service-lives.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers, architects, testers, and domain specialists.
• Support configuration, analysis, and verification of airborne self-protection systems.
• Contribute to technical quality, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
