Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote contractor role. You will audit and optimize CRM and connected revenue platforms, resolve data issues, and define governance for complex SaaS workflows.

The role requires 4–6 years with major CRM platforms, experience leading CRM projects, and strong SQL/API/data model knowledge in a SaaS environment. English communication must be excellent.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of CRM fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, or ticketing.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
