Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and service automated medication dispensing systems across healthcare facilities in the United States. The role combines hands-on electronics, software, and mechanical work with opportunities for technical leadership and career growth.

This assignment-based role requires 100% travel, open availability Monday through Friday, and per-diem scheduling.

Qualifications

Upper Secondary Education or higher required.
1+ year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience required.
Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow.

Responsibilities

Organize, test, and assemble automated medication dispensing systems; install and configure hardware, software and mechanical devices.
Review schematics, drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
Ensure work complies with quality requirements and safety standards.
Collaborate with support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
