Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technician to install and troubleshoot automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities. The role emphasizes hands-on hardware, software, and mechanical work, with substantial travel across local, regional, and national sites.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, English and Danish language skills, and readiness to work in professional medical environments.

Qualifications

• Upper Secondary Education or higher required.
• English and Danish spoken language required.
• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
• Professional business acumen and communication skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; tasks revolve around installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review of schematics / drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
