Job summary

Vitrolife Group is seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer based in North America to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install advanced fertility laboratory equipment while delivering technical support to customers. This is a full-time position with on-call rotation, nights and weekends as needed, and extensive travel (minimum 80%) to support installations, service calls, and training.

Qualifications

Minimum: Associate degree in a technical or engineering program.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on EmbryoScope TimeLapse and Culture Systems.
Install capital equipment at customer sites according to specifications.
Troubleshoot and repair Vitrolife Group capital equipment, both remotely and onsite.
Provide timely and professional technical support to customers and internal teams.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
Travel extensively (minimum 80%) to support installations, service calls, and training.
