Job summary

Micrel Medical Devices is seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager to grow the Danish market in a newly established role. You will drive sales across hospitals, homecare providers, and healthcare organizations, building relationships and identifying opportunities throughout Funen and Jutland.

You will manage tenders, support procurement processes, and collaborate with healthcare decision-makers to expand adoption of ambulatory infusion therapies in Denmark. Travel across Denmark is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience within Healthcare, MedTech, Life Sciences, or Homecare.
• Experience working with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders.
• Understanding of medical devices and healthcare purchasing processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485.
• Experience with tenders and procurement processes is an advantage.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Willingness to travel mostly in Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and growth within your territory across hospitals and homecare providers.
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, homecare providers, professionals, and procurement organizations.
• Develop existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
• Manage hospital tenders and procurement activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and educational activities.
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare decision-makers.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities.
• Maintain forecasts, CRM activities, and business plans.
