Job summary

Terma Group in Denmark is seeking a Systems Engineer to shape systems and capabilities within our Situational Awareness Maritime domain, translating complex stakeholder requirements into clear, implementable solutions across product management, architecture, and software development.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, Software Developers, Testers, Architects, and fellow Systems Engineers to support agile delivery and the realization of mission-critical

Qualifications

• Experience working with systems engineering in complex software-intensive products.
• Strong experience with requirements analysis, specification, system design, and verification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate system requirements into clear, implementable system element requirements and specifications.
• Contribute to system design and architecture with Architects and Software Developers.
• Coordinate systems engineering activities across teams and disciplines.
• Manage system requirements and documentation, participate in reviews of specifications, designs, development tasks, releases, and other technical material, and define and support verification activities together with developers and testers.
• Support agile delivery by helping prioritize and maintain the team backlog, defining clear and testable acceptance criteria.
