Job summary

Johnson Controls, Global Marine & Offshore Service, seeks a Service Project Manager to lead and control service projects for refrigeration, HVAC, and control systems on ships and offshore platforms. You will manage multiple projects, liaise with sales, and ensure delivery to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

You should bring a service-minded approach, strong communication, and a background in mechanical/electrical engineering with system design and price-calculation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Educational background in mechanical or electrical engineering, automation or related field.
• Structured, proactive communicator with customer service orientation.
• Ability to design systems and perform price calculations for full scope onboard ships/ platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee and control service projects within Refrigeration and HVAC for Marine and offshore customers.
• Manage multiple small projects, ensure quality, price, and timely delivery under the scope.
• Collaborate with Service Sales to identify opportunities and align deliverables with contract scope.
