Job summary

Johnson Controls in Holme, Aarhus, seeks a Service Project Manager to plan, oversee and control Service projects within Refrigeration and HVAC for Marine and offshore customers. You’ll join engineers delivering a high number of smaller projects on operating ships and platforms worldwide.

You will own projects with focus on operational and financial performance and risk mitigation, collaborating with the Service Sales Team to identify opportunities for additional sales.

Qualifications

• You are a service minded Project Manager, Engineer or experienced technician who is moving into Service Project Management.
• Structured and proactive communicator driven by results and customer service.
• Experience with system design and price calculations for full scope onboard ships and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple smaller projects with quick decision‑making without compromising service standards.
• Educational background in mechanical or electrical engineering; familiarity with marine systems.
