Job summary

Alfa Laval in Aalborg seeks a structured Project Manager to oversee Aftersales and New Build projects. You will coordinate about 30 concurrent initiatives, engaging customers, sales, engineering, procurement, logistics and service teams to keep scope, time, cost and quality on track.

The role requires a technical foundation, strong commercial sense, and excellent English communication. You’ll drive progress, manage risks, and ensure timely invoicing and governance adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a technical field with project execution experience.
• Strong coordination with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience in marine, industrial, or technical environments.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Aftersales and New Build projects from handover to delivery and closure.
• Coordinate ~30 concurrent projects across planning, procurement, documentation, logistics and customer communication.
• Own project planning, milestones, risks, and stakeholder inputs.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
• Monitor cost, margins, invoicing milestones, and risk resolution.
• Maintain project data in ERP/CRM and reporting tools.
