Job summary

Johnson Controls, Global Marine & Offshore Service, seeks a Service Project Manager to lead service projects in Refrigeration and HVAC for Marine and offshore customers. The role is based on-site in Aarhus (Holme) with global project responsibilities.

You will own projects from planning to execution, coordinate with the Service Sales Team, manage risks and costs, and ensure delivery aligns with scope and quality standards while supporting customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Service-minded Project Manager or engineer transitioning to service PM.
• Structured, proactive communicator driven by results.
• Capable of system design and price calculations for full scope onboard ships.
• Able to manage multiple small projects with quick decision-making.
• Educational background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Experience with refrigerations, HVAC, fire suppression/detection or automation in marine industry (preferred).
• Fluent in English; Danish language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple service projects focusing on quality, price and service.
• Own projects from planning to execution with risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Service Sales Team to identify additional sales opportunities.
• Navigate challenges during execution to ensure successful outcomes.
