Job summary

Johnson Controls' Global Marine & Offshore Service is seeking a Service Project Manager to lead refrigeration and HVAC service projects for marine and offshore customers. The role is on-site in Holme, Aarhus, reporting to the service leadership and coordinating with a skilled team of engineers.

You will own project planning, execution, and risk management, while collaborating with the Service Sales Team to identify upsell opportunities and ensure scope alignment.

Qualifications

• Service-minded project management candidate with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to perform system design and price calculations for full scope onboard ships.
• Experience managing multiple smaller projects with quick decision-making while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own assigned service projects from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with Service Sales Team to identify opportunities and ensure scope alignment.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to meet quality, time, and budget targets.
• Communicate effectively with customers in English (and Danish preferred).
