Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience, including personnel responsibility.
• Knowledge of logistics, transport and customs-clearance industries.
• Ability to lead change and motivate employees.
• Fluent Danish and English, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the customs teams in Denmark, including Aarhus and Hirtshals.
• Set targets, monitor results, and take actions to strengthen operations.
• Maintain relationships with government authorities and corporate customers.
• Streamline processes and ensure staff have the right skills to implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Nordic CLT and other business areas to align strategy and execution.
