Novo Nordisk is seeking a Manager, Skilled Workers for our Måløv site to lead a team of skilled maintenance employees responsible for reliable packaging and filling equipment. You will shape how the team operates, develop capabilities, and contribute to the department's performance.

The role requires proven people leadership in a manufacturing environment, with strong communication across Production, Quality and Engineering, and hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance in a GMP setting.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience leading skilled technical employees in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising maintenance, engineering, or similar technical functions.
• Coaching employees and handling performance challenges.
• Understanding preventive and corrective maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Using operational data to support decisions and improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop skilled maintenance employees with clear expectations and accountability.
• Manage daily maintenance priorities, resources and team performance for reliable production.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Use KPIs and data trends to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Drive structured problem-solving for recurring equipment issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen reliability and efficiency.
• Build relationships with Production, Quality, Engineering and stakeholders.
