Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Måløv, Denmark, is seeking a Process Supporter to help keep the warehouse for tablet production running reliably. You will manage deviations, handle change requests, and update work instructions to reflect real work on the shop floor.

You will join a growing team within Tablet Finished Products (TFP) and collaborate with operators, team leaders, QA and engineering. This on-site role focuses on quality, GMP, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, efficient supply chains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in production or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of GMP and a quality-minded working approach.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work independently with support and to own your tasks, follow up on agreements and complete work on time.
• Strong communication and collaboration to build trust with operators, team leaders and colleagues from different disciplines.
• Prioritise in a dynamic environment, communicate status and risks clearly, and escalate in good time.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations and ensure processes run reliably.
• Solve problems, handle deviations, drive change requests and update work instructions.
• Prepare for audits and inspections.
• Improve processes using data to identify where the warehouse can optimise and deliver more.
• Help future-proof capacity and flow as production areas grow.
• Share status, risks and learnings clearly across the organisation and on the shop floor.
