Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Måløv is hiring a Process Supporter to help keep the tablet production warehouse running reliably. You will handle deviations, change requests and strengthen processes to ensure on-floor solutions work smoothly.

As the role grows with production, you will support audits, use data to optimise processes and contribute to future-proofing capacity and flow on the shop floor. This is an on-site position with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in production or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality-minded way of working.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently with support and to own your tasks, follow up on agreements and complete work on time.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to build trust with operators and leaders.
• Ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment and communicate status and risks clearly.
• Curiosity and strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations and ensure processes run reliably.
• Solve problems, handle deviations and drive change requests.
• Update work instructions to reflect actual work on the shop floor.
• Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections.
