Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source documents: find publicly accessible Malayalam PDFs with multimodal elements.
• Annotate structure: bound every meaningful region and assign component type and reading order.
• Record relationships: link regions to their figure or table via parent ID.
• Transcribe faithfully: reproduce Malayalam text exactly, including handwriting.
• Capture page metadata: language, document type, source, page dimensions, flags for tables and handwriting.
• Review a colleague's work: second Malayalam expert reviews each task.
