You will own maintenance budgets, coordinate across departments, and implement robust processes to support future growth. Fluency in Danish and English is required, and you will collaborate with partners to deliver sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to manage maintenance budgets and drive cost optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured approach to process improvement and change management.
• Knowledge of safety standards and ATEX is a plus.
