As Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a proactive maintenance culture, driving operational excellence, and ensuring we have the right competencies, systems, and structure in place to support future growth. You will lead the transformation of our maintenance organization by creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. At the same time, you'll drive strategic optimization initiatives that improve the efficiency of our facilities and utilities, supporting Danfoss' long-term operational goals.

• Collaborate across Production, Manufacturing Technology, Supply Chain, and external partners to deliver sustainable improvements.
• Build an engaged and high-performing team focused on safety, operational excellence, and continuous development.
