Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Experience managing maintenance costs and operational performance.
• A structured approach to process improvement and change management.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and industrial safety standards, including ATEX.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

You will lead the transformation of our maintenance organization by creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will help ensure maximum equipment reliability, strong cost control, and full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. At the same time, you'll drive strategic optimization initiatives that improve the efficiency of our facilities and utilities, supporting Danfoss' long-term operational goals.
