Job summary

This role requires strong leadership, cost discipline, ATEX compliance, and fluency in Danish and English. You will collaborate across Production, Manufacturing Technology, and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable improvements

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Experience managing maintenance costs and operational performance.
• A structured approach to process improvement and change management.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and industrial safety standards, including ATEX.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of skilled maintenance professionals.
• Take ownership of maintenance budgets, performance, and cost optimization.
• Establish robust maintenance processes and ensure a proactive approach to reliability and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ATEX requirements, and operational standards.
• Drive optimization projects related to utilities and infrastructure, including critical supply systems.
• Collaborate across Production, Manufacturing Technology, Supply Chain, and external partners to deliver sustainable improvements.
