Qualifications

- Technical background in manufacturing, production technology, mechanics, or automation.
- Ability to work independently and drive improvements from idea to implementation.
- Strong communication and collaboration across functions.
- Structured, quality-focused mindset for manufacturing excellence.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve a manufacturing process area to enhance safety, quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues and implement sustainable solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
- Monitor and optimize OEE, First Part Yield, and equipment performance to identify improvements.
- Collaborate across Production, Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and stakeholders to reach targets.
- Lead automation, digitalization, and CAPEX projects while complying with Danfoss quality standards
